Mold sampling and low-volume molding
Sampled on our presses before your mold ships.
Every mold we build can be proven out here in Derby. You approve real parts, and the mold arrives at your molder ready to run. When you need parts before production starts, we can run bridge and low-volume quantities too.
Mold sampling and T1 trials
We run first shots in our own shop so you can check fit, function, and dimensions before the mold leaves. If a dimension or cosmetic surface needs work, the toolmakers who built the mold make the change down the hall, not across the country.
Bridge and low-volume runs
Need parts for a launch, for testing, or to bridge the gap while production gets set up? We can run low-volume programs of 250 to 10,000 parts per year on the same presses.

Parts we've molded, as seen on Shark Tank
We've built tooling for several products that went from a pitch on Shark Tank to store shelves. A launch like that leaves no room for a mold that needs three rounds of rework. It needs a part reviewed for manufacturability, a tool built right the first time, and samples in hand fast.
If you're an inventor or a startup with a design that's ready for real parts, we'll tell you what it takes to mold it, what will drive the tooling cost, and how to get to approved samples.

A STEP file, quantity, material, and timeline.
DFM and quote
We review the part and quote the mold and any sample or bridge runs.
Mold build
Designed and built in Derby.
Sampling and approval
Parts off our presses for your sign-off, then the mold ships to your molder or stays here for low-volume runs.
Have a part that needs a mold?
Send us a STEP file, a target quantity, and your timeline. We'll review the part and follow up with DFM notes and a quote.
